Charles Malinsky is a candadian artist and graduate of the Alberta Collage of Art and Design. He considers himself to be a narrative, visual artist. He tells storeis through his paintings whether a short story that is complete in one painting or a longer narrative that spans a short series. My mediums are black and white oil paintings and graphite on paper drawings. It is the sub culture that he uses at any particular time is a starting pont, subject to interpretation. There is an ongoing narrative element which, at its most basic level, is always a representation of elements of the human condition as interpreted through the artists eyes.
