Biographical Note:

Hisashi Kagawa was born in Nagoya, Japan in 1971. He studied science at the prestigious Hokkaido University, before going into television as a TV cameraman, editor and technical director. In 1998, he left to pursue a career in fine art photography, a long time passion. He studied at an art school in Florence, Italy, before coming to England in 1999. He specialises in producing bromoil prints, an alternative printing technique he greatly admires and one that has been largely self-taught. As well as exhibiting, he is in the process of establishing his own website to sell his work overseas, specifically to the USA, where his particular form of art enjoys great success.
